As a registered nurse, Vanessa understood the importance of ingredient safety. When her daughter introduced the family to handmade soaps, Vanessa loved the results but couldn't justify the price. So she decided to make her own.
She spent months researching, testing, and learning about ingredient safety - bringing her clinical knowledge and creative problem-solving mindset to every batch. The result? Soaps that are both effective and beautiful, formulated with natural, skin-loving ingredients inspired by the botanicals of her childhood in the Philippines.
Today, Vanessa handcrafts every bar in her St. Petersburg home studio, combining her heritage with her expertise to create soaps that nourish your skin and connect you to home.
From nourishing oils and butters to clays, botanicals, herbs, and essential oils, every ingredient is thoughtfully chosen for a reason.
KEY FEATURES
Each bar of soap is handcrafted in small batches by Vanessa, allowing us to be intentional about every step of the process—from choosing our ingredients to mixing, pouring, curing, and cutting each bar by hand. This hands-on approach allows us to create thoughtful, high-quality soap with the care and attention you can feel in every bar.
We thoughtfully choose nourishing, natural ingredients for our soaps, including organic olive, coconut, shea, and cocoa oils and butters. Most of our soaps are scented with essential oils, chosen not only for their beautiful aromas but also for their naturally occurring properties. For scents that aren’t available as essential oils, we use phthalate-free fragrance oils.
With Vanessa’s background in nursing and our shared passion for natural ingredients, we take a thoughtful approach to formulating our soaps. Each recipe is carefully created with a balance of cleansing, nourishing, and skin-loving ingredients to make every bar a pleasure to use.
Inspired by our Filipino roots and childhood memories, some of our soaps incorporate botanicals and ingredients that connect us to home. From familiar tropical scents to traditional-inspired ingredients, our Heritage Collection is our way of celebrating where we come from and sharing a little piece of the Philippines with you.

Whether you choose Wrapped or Naked, every bar is handcrafted in small batches using organic base oils and butters, including nourishing ingredients like olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, and cocoa butter. Our soaps are scented primarily with pure essential oils, and when fragrance oils are used, we carefully select phthalate-free fragrance oils and use them in small amounts to create unique scent experiences.
