Candle Refill Program
Do you have a collection of Ives and Bees candle vessels?
As a company, we try our best to help reduce waste and encourage everyone to repurpose, reuse or refill. ♻️ This will help keep our containers out of the landfill and save you some green too! 💸
Once you’ve enjoyed burning your candle until ¼ inch of the wax is left in the vessel, you can return it to us to have it refilled with any of our currently available fragrances at a discount of 35% OFF the retail price.
How to get the empty candle container to us?
If you’re local, please contact us at info@ivesandbees.com so we can arrange to meet up.
If you have to mail it to us, we can split the shipping cost. You can pay to ship it to us and we’ll pay to ship it back to you.
~Please ensure your candle is shipped with adequate protection – we cannot refill any damaged (chipped/cracked) vessels.~
How do you make your payment?
Once we've discussed and agreed on fragrance options and drop off/shipping arrangements, we'll email you and invoice. It's that easy!
Need help cleaning the container?
Stop use when 1/4" of wax remains. Boil water and carefully pour into the vessel.
Wait until the water cools down and for the wax to float up to the top for easy removal.
Clean with soap and water and have fun reusing.
